Terms of Service

1. The service

AI CV Pro is an online résumé and cover-letter studio. New accounts receive a free 30-day trial with full access — no payment card required. During the trial you may sync up to 5 resumes to your account; local drafts in your browser are unlimited. After the trial, access may be paused, converted to a paid plan, or extended at the operator's discretion. Your resumes are never deleted when a trial ends.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. One person per account; do not share accounts or register with someone else's identity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse or probe the service (automated scraping, credential stuffing, bypassing rate limits or the resume cap); upload unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content; or misrepresent the service as your own. Accounts violating these rules may be disabled or deleted, with the action recorded in our audit log.

4. Your content

You own your resume content. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store, display, and export it for you — nothing more. Public share links you create are your responsibility: anyone with the link can view that resume until you revoke it or it expires.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability and take nightly backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for lost data, lost opportunities, or other indirect damages. Features, trial terms, and these terms may change; material changes will be announced on the site.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this removes your account and all synced resumes (backups rotate out within 14 days). We may suspend accounts for abuse as described in §3.
